French Onion Brisket
I’ve done this before, but basically I followed this:

this time including letting it rest and refrigerate overnight.
It was, well, ok? For the work that went in to it it wasn’t amazing. Nothing wrong with it.
We do now have a fair bit of brisket leftovers which is always good.
