Tagliatelle With Italian Sausage Spinach and Egg Parmesan
Basically a carbonara, but with Italian / fennel pork sausages, plus a heap of spinach & some left over pistou.
Not dissimilar to this:

Today was L & my 20th anniversary. We also went out at lunch for Peking Duck and some other Chinese with G to celebrate. Yay.
