Cornish Pasty
L has lost her sense of taste & smell, so food isn’t a priority right now.
Still, yesterday I braised some beef shin, but served left overs to G & L for dinner (because we haven’t been getting through stuff!!).
Today I put the shin in to some pastry, basically making a bunch of cornish pasty, or soemthing roughly equivalent (no potato, more like I would like an Australian meat pie to be).
Pretty yummy I thought, but poor L is just despondent with her lack of taste.
