Peking Duck With an Asian Slaw

A simple half duck from Lidl, with pancakes and hoisin. They’re actually pretty good.

I made what some people call an Asian Slaw, but a basic slaw with some complimentary flavours.

I largely followed this recipe, for the slaw:

but with some pickled red onion and spring onion instead of the white onion.

L loved it and G seemed happy- he certainly ate it all.
