Lamb Freekeh and Peas
I pretty closely followed this recipe:

Although I used pine nuts, no butter and added some shredded spinach to the freekeh (because it is a super easy way to add greens that G doesn’t mind).
It was super yummy.
For the lamb I just did it in a dutch oven, braising the meat over 1.5 hours, then used those braising juices for the freekeh.
Would do again. Everyone was very happy with it.
