Chinese Five Spice Stewed Beef

I pretty much made this:

with some white rice.

I had to tweak the seasoning a little at the end to get it right, including adding some corn flour to thicken the sauce a bit, but it was tasty.

I used some soy sauce instead of coconut aminos..

I added some shredded spinach and some red capsicum right at the end to to give us some more vege content.

G & L really seemed to like it.
