Lamb Mezzalune in Brodo

After making a parmesan brodo the other day, I somewhat wanted to revisit it.

I picked up some Lamb, Rosemary & Garlic Mezzalune, then made a brodo in the Instant Pot.

A parmesan rind, carrot, celery, garlic cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, water. It came out really tasty.

Cooked the pasta then served it in the brodo with some pecorino & pepper over the top.
