Honey Glazed Gammon and Roast Potatoes
I made a honey glazed gammon tonight. Pretty straight forward, bought a gammon, put it in the oven for an hour and then glazed it before the final 5 minutes.
I served it with some peas and the Kenji’s seriouseats roast potatoes:

Using some beef fat we had saved. I thought the potatoes were great, better than last time I did it.
G really liked the gammon, but L & I found it pretty salty but nicely cooked.
