Moroccan Pulled Pork With Couscous
I had a large pork shoulder, so I thought I’d try this:

(Not sure how much pork is eaten in Morocco, but..)
Which bascially went to plan, minus the apricots in the couscous.
I used this as a spice mix:

The lemon and spice, pomegranate and mint, all made for quite a nice combination.
Got a lot of left over pork now, good thing it is delicious.
