Pork Larb in Lettuce Cups
A great pork larb, pretty similar to the other larbs I’ve been making, served in some lettuce cups.
It was great.
Avoiding heat in it has been an issue for me, as G doesn’t cope, but I this served with some Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli in Oil. L & I just dolloping it on top. OMG, the stuff is amazing. Not an authentic Thai / Laosian combo I’m sure (although not that different to my palate), but just went great with it. Umami, salty, crispy chilli goodness. Not super hot, but some heat plus some numbing szechuan pepper to it too. Will do again.
