A simple Instant Pot chili made with diced beef, tomatoes, onions, stock etc.

Added some corn & capsicum after pressure cooking it, along with a little corn flour to thicken.

but with no real heat and no sour cream in my house.

G ate it all and said he liked it. Very hearty.
