Char Siu Fried Rice
Super simple fried rice.
I made some rice in the middle of the day, whacked it in the fridge.
I already had some left over char siu from Chinatown, cut up some vegetables, made a basic fried rice sauce, threw in some peas & spinach, fried it all up. Pre-fried some eggs, added them back at the end.
Was delicious, plus some great leftovers.
