Italian Sausage Sage Pasta
A simple Italian sausage with sage pasta sauce.
I crisped up some sage, set aside. Chopped the rest of the sage, with some leaks & capsicum & garlic. Browned the broken open sausages and split them in to smaller pieces, added the veges except for the capsicum (until right near the end). I added pasta water as needed to thicken & get a good sauce. Seasoned to taste.
I used some tricolour Easter shapes pasta (bunnies & eggs), because this is G’s birthday week. :)
