but I used beef & lamb (66% beef / 33% lamb). I had lean beef, wanted to add some fat, and the lamb is 20%. Hopefully not too weird.

I didn’t add any ketchup, nor did I glaze it. Sounds like it would be super sweet..

Served with a caprese salad.
