French Onion Brisket
Other than a much smaller brisket, I basically made this:

with sherry vinegar, in much smaller amounts, for the acid.
It was quite sweet, as I used a fair few onions compared to my brisket, but I love onions..
Served with peas on the side and some giant couscous.
