Pesto Fusilli
I’d made my basic basil pesto yesterday, so made a pesto pasta for dinner.

We had a quite nice fusilli (good texture, with a tighter twist to it than normal) that I added the pesto to, while also toasting some pine nuts & adding some halved tiny tomatoes and basil at the end. Topped with some parmesan from the microplane & pepper as I served it.
Yummy. I like the idea of sort of serving pesto pasta with the deconstructed bits of the pesto, it worked well.
