Roast Chook

I made a simple roast chook for dinner tonight.

We served it with the leftover paella.

I literally just bought a 1.5 kg Waitrose herb & garlic chook and cooked it ala Thomas Kellar.

220c for 60 mins - rest it for 15 mins.

Quarter it and serve with the rice.

G had snacked late in the day, L ate heaps of the leftover rice, and I loved the chicken.

We still have half a chook leftover, but I don’t imagine it will last long.
