Apple Crumble
L made some Apple Crumble for breakfast this morning. Similar to this:

Her notes:
" For the filling - I used three large red apples and added mixed frozen berries, about three squeezes of fresh lemon juice and two large teaspoons of apple / cinnamon jam (St Dalfour). To the crumble - I used almond meal instead of hazelnut and Troo inulin syrup instead of yacon. Also used about twice as much butter (three large teaspoons). Cooked the filling on the stove due to lack of time and prepared crumble while heating oven to 210 degrees. Added crumble to the top of the filling, turned oven down to about 180 degrees and cooked for approx 12 minutes. Filling was very jammy.
