Vege Frittata With Smoked Salmon
L cooked tonight. It was a yummy roasted vegetable frittata served with some smoked salmon and a green salad.
She roasted some tomotoes, onions, carrots in some olive oil & balsamic, then made it into a frittata after it had cooled.
(It probably had other stuff in it too, but I wasn’t the chef!)
It was super yummy, and G ate a heap of it.
She also baked some chocolate chip cookies at the same time, because she’s a star.
