Arroz Con Jamon

A simple enough paella style dish, using my left over smoked ham.

Except I used my ham from the smoked gamon, some peas & capsicum, and the left over lamb braising juices from the lamb shoulder on Thursday night. I used proper paella rice too.

Very yummy yellow rice that everyone loves. G ate a huge amount. The cubes of ham were lovely in it.
