We made a Orecchiette with Peas and some diced smoked gammon that I made earlier today.

Pretty similar to something like:

But also with some spinach.

G is always a fan of pasta and had a second bowl, and L & I liked it. The gammon works very well for this and I will need to do similar things over the next while to use it up!
