I went by my local butcher today and bought a few things, one of which was some wild boar & apple sausages.

I served them with a simple salad of leaves, tomato, EVOO and balsamic.

They were really nice, although G thought they were a touch spicy which was a surprise (probably a touch of cracked pepper in his).
