Cantonese steamed fish as a treat for L.

One she loves her fish, two she loves her steamed fish.

I read a bunch of recipes, but basically followed this one:

The alternative school of thought finishes with hot oil poured over the fish.

Mine was pretty close, but I got my timing slightly off and didn’t have enough sauce ultimately (I let a bit of sauce reduce as I faffed about with getting the fish out of the steamer).
