Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs
I made lemon garlic chicken thighs tonight.

I would not add the chicken stock next time, as it would mean that I could cook the chicken directly in the marinade.
I cooked the chicken the way I often do for chicken thighs, which was to roast them at 220c for 20mins.
All in all everyone was ok with it, but I would like to try it again. Not as successful as I’d have liked.
I think the basic flavour combination was pretty good though when I’ve got some lemons.
I served it with a simple salad. Chicken thighs and salad is a bit of a classic in our household.
