Beef and Pepper Stir Fry with Pea noodles
I made a stir-fry tonight, something very much along the lines of:

G has wobbly teeth (one literally fell out today), so that is definitely one reason why he is sometimes funny about meat textures and chewiness. He really likes these though and it does come out very tender, while also being pretty easy work and quick to cook.
Instead of rice, I stirred in some pea noodles like these:
from M&S, except that mine were in ginger and garlic, not edamame dressing.
They’re pretty nice. Basically just a vehicle for flavour. I’m not really sold on the nutritional benefits versus random rice or wheat noodles in a decent quantity, but I thought they were fine (they’re also not particularly low carb, despite what you might think). G & L like them though, so that is always a plus, and the green colour is a bit different.
All in all, I think the meal was a success. L & G liked it, I liked it. A win.
