A simple dinner of burgers tonight.

Beef patty & melted red leicester, toasted & buttered bread, tomato chutney on top bun, pesto on bottom bun, sliced pickled gherkin, sliced tomato and some salad leaves.

Super simple & quick, but a bit of a family favourite (although not always this exact configuration).

G is growing up though, he ate 1 & a half burgers tonight. I’m going to need to start making more of some things..
