So I had a heap of left over chermoula from last night’s roast chook. I thought I’d do something quick and easy, saw these kebabs at M&S and picked them up.

A super simple dinner, whacked the kebabs in the grill, cooked ‘em, topped with some chermoula.

Served with a salad dressed with the chermoula.

Everyone was pretty happy.

Something with more effort tomorrow, but I think continuing the lamb theme..
