A simple meal of pulled pork in a sweet / tangy sauce. I served it with some salad leaves, and the romesco I made, in lettuce cups for L & I, but store bought tortillas for G.

A simple, quick success. G loves his tortillas and is good at having bits of salad leaves with things. He surprisingly isn’t that big a fan of the romseco, which I did not expect. Still, he’s good and had some with each of his tortillas.
