Fish
L had bought some breaded fish the other day (because she likes her fish, G eats breaded fish, and I don’t cook it enough I think). It needed cooking and it is super simple to just season and throw in the oven.
I served it with a simple salad and tartare sauce.
I’m a bit ambivalent about it and would have preferred it unbreaded, but L & G seemed keen. G ate heaps.
Tomorrow something with a bit more effort!
