I’ve been under the weather today, so didn’t get to braise my oxtails (I didn’t get out of bed until it was about time to start!).

L made us our Stracciatella, which is great simple comfort food we all like.

Gotta get cooking though, our fridge is about as packed as it could be. Of course, given we just went in to a month of lockdown tonight (even though we can shop for groceries), it might be helpful to have a pretty well stocked fridge and freezer right now.
