Pasta Bolognese
Not really bolognese at all, but just threw together a quick hearty pasta dish for rainy (starting to get cold) night.
I used beef mince (see, told you it wasn’t bolognese), tomato passata, carrots, onion, garlic, oregano, chopped spinach, some stock.
Cooked some Conchiglie, tossed it all together and served it with pecorino via the microplane.
G loves his pasta, L said it was hearty and good for the night. Simple and quick in any event. Didn’t have much spare time before dinner today.
