Italian Sausage Pasta Bake
While it feels like we’ve had a carby week, I wanted to use capers & Italian Sausage tonight (I’ve got the capers open now and had defrosted the sausages).
I made something along the lines of:

but I don’t do olives or anchovy paste (so not really a puttanesca in my mind). Pretty similar otherwise though. Cheesy pasta goodness that we all liked, although I need to give L a carb break tomorrow, particularly as we have pasta and fried rice leftovers in the fridge now.
