So, purely dinner in a box tonight (except for some green onions / shallots).

Simple & quite good if you don’t let it dry out (err on the short side of the time frames always for these things). In the oven for 35 mins, rest for 5, shred. L & G both gnawed on bones because they love their poultry.

L & G demolished it. L loves duck. Cheap, flavourful, very little effort food.

I’m not particularly adventurous with poultry, so good to serve them something that L loves.
