We love our egg drop soups, so this seemed worth trying (and I’m quite a lemon fan at the best of times).

I cooked some chicken breast at the same time as the Orzo (substituted Orzo for rice from that recipe). Same times, but it completely overcooked the Orzo - which wasn’t really a problem in a soup. The chicken was rather nice though and shredded easily.

L & I quite liked it, although I prefer our staple stracciatella soup, and G definitely wasn’t that impressed, but partly because he loves his stracciatella soup too (cheesy cheesy goodness). That said, G ate it all, and I’d rather we try different things.
