Similar to a week or so ago, Lap Cheong rice in the Instant Pot.

Basically everything went wrong. The Instant Pot went to “BURNT” pretty quick. I forgot Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce. I shifted the Instant Pot to Rice mode, so it would cook at low pressure and not complain about me not cleaning the bottom properly after Saute mode. It then never came to pressure, the pressure seal just wouldn’t seal. No idea.

I then forgot to cook the Bok Choi, because I was going to start it when the countdown on the Instant Pot got close… Argh.

Anyway, it actually turned out alright. I waited lots as it was on Rice mode, waiting, waiting, thinking what is going on. Anyway, we got there. It tasted pretty great..

L & G still loved it, so there you go.

Meanwhile, I now need a new meal for the Bok Choi, I have salad and avocado getting near their usedby’s, so that’ll be the next could of days.
