Pasta With Italian Sausage

Another version of the orecchiette with kale I did last week. This time, something like the linked recipe, but again with kale and shredded spinach, onions & garlic. I used the left over juices and fat from the roast chicken instead of butter though, as I’d reserved them after cooking the chook the other night.
Not quite as successful as last week in some ways, but I like exploring this idea - simple pasta with meat, but no tomato sauce, with lots of dark green veg without tasking too much like a kale salad or whatever. Not that I don’t love tomato based sauces, but having done them forever I like doing this. It is also different to just a fresh pesto pasta, which is also super yummy.
L likes anything with lots of greens that is seasoned well, while G just loves carbs, so it is hard for me to go too wrong here.
