Leftover Roast Chook
So pretty dull update, but we had leftover roast chook tonight with a simple salad. The bird the other day was 2.2kg, which is pretty huge for the three of us.
I reheated it on 180 covered in foil for 25 mins, then uncovered for 5 minutes. Was warm through, still nice, but not quite as juicy as the first night of course. (I had mine with sriracha, because chicken is always better with sriracha)
