Basically using up more of the bone broth I made the day before.
I largely followed this tonight: https://www.greenchildmagazine.com/roasted-garlic-chicken-bone-broth-soup/ It was great. I had a left over chicken carcass, made some bone broth in the Instant Pot, then made the above.
For the lamb shoulder I basically followed this: https://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/braised-lamb-shoulder-recipe followed by a basic mash with spring onion that I completed in the thermomix.
