While it feels like we’ve had a carby week, I wanted to use capers & Italian Sausage tonight (I’ve got the capers open now and had defrosted the sausages).
Last nights pork left me with a fair bit of left over white rice and a little left over pork.
I had some char siu sauce that had been sitting in the fridge too long, and a big piece of pork sitting in the freezer that I’d randomly bought, and wanted to bring the two of them together.
I had some smoked salmon, capers and salad and wanted to make something.
Yummy pasta carbonara tonight. G asked for pasta and I hadn’t made carbonara in a while.
Total cheat night. M&S Steak Pie, M&S Chips, bang it all in the oven.

Simple burgers for the family. I still have a little roasted tomato salsa left over, make up some patties, grill them up, whack a slice of cheese on each, toast & butter some bread, add some leaves and assemble.
