I had a tiny (500g) piece of silverside. I basically did something like:
Super simple fried rice. I made some rice in the middle of the day, whacked it in the fridge.
A simple (store bought, fresh) gnocchi with basil pesto and a salad.

A simple Italian sausage with sage pasta sauce. I crisped up some sage, set aside.
