A simple roast chook and salad for dinner. Quick, easy, juicy, delicious.
I had a large pork shoulder, so I thought I’d try this:
One of our favourites, boneless chicken thighs with a salad.
A simple frittata for dinner. I used some baking powder to make it a bit lighter as well as a fair bit of spinach.
A great pork larb, pretty similar to the other larbs I’ve been making, served in some lettuce cups.
A simple dinner of Italian sausages (fennel!) and a basic salad.
I keep seeing people posting their pickled onions, so figured I’d try some.
I saw Kenji’s suprising Spanish tortilla recipe the other day:
A simple Instant Pot chili made with diced beef, tomatoes, onions, stock etc.
A pepper steak stir fry, similar to this: https://www.dinneratthezoo.com/pepper-steak-stir-fry/ I velveted the beef and added some spring onions and sesame seeds at the end.
