I pretty much made this: https://www.everylastbite.com/2016/04/14/chinese-beef/ with some white rice.
After making a parmesan brodo the other day, I somewhat wanted to revisit it.
I made a honey glazed gammon tonight. Pretty straight forward, bought a gammon, put it in the oven for an hour and then glazed it before the final 5 minutes.
I followed this recipe: https://www.wsj.com/articles/meatballs-with-polenta-and-parmesan-brodo-30-minute-recipe-1490291125 and it all seemed great in my head, and the brodo smelled great being made, but the dish didn’t really come together as brilliantly as I’d hoped.
I made this tonight: https://beyondmeresustenance.com/easy-one-pot-ground-lamb-couscous/ I had some lamb and some mint, so then searched for an idea.
